- Duplicate payments resulting from technical or payment gateway glitches are eligible for refund.

- All completed financial transactions processed successfully are considered final and non-refundable.
- Subscription or membership fees after the end of the trial period.
- Consultation, advisory, or processing service fees that have been initiated or completed.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must:
- Provide valid transaction details including date, amount, and reason for the request.
- Submit any required supporting documents for verification and review.
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days from our end.
- Note: Banking systems may require an additional 3 to 7 business days to credit the amount to your account.
